“Muscles Are Pretty”
The Mission: A day camp to build the girls’ self confidence through fitness, team building exercises, and friendships within the Northern (Montana) Division.
The Goal: Introduction to the basics of ski racing conditioning (i.e. body awareness, multi-sport coordination and injury prevention), along with setting of summer fitness goals pertaining to ski racing.
Ages: J4’s & J5’s (9-13)
Dates: June 24th
Where: Bogart Park 8:45am & Pick up at 4pm
What to bring: Lunch, water bottle, day pack, appropriate outdoor clothing i.e. rain jacket

Sophie Ostroski’s Bio
Sophie has attained a personal training, coaching certification, and a BS in Physical Science, while attending the University of New Hampshire as an NCAA athlete. She has a personal passion for the outdoors and fitness. Sophie has been coaching skiing for 6 years. She has been coaching in Northern Division for Bridger Ski Foundation for 3 years; as well as building ski conditioning programs for ski racers both developing and strength training. Her goal as coach is to bring out the personal strengths in each athlete, and help athletes reach their full potential in what they love to do.
