For girls 12 and older interested in two days of strength and conditioning, plyometrics and agility, teamwork and leadership. Get in shape for the ski season with an all star staff of U.S. Ski Team alumni and NCAA athletes! Camp will also cover sport science education, injury prevention, and nutrition education.

DATES: October 5-6, 2019
AGES: 12 and Older
ITINERARY: Each day will start at 9am and finish at 3pm.
October 5th: Strength and conditioning in the gym, field games, leadership games, and a nutrition talk.
October 6th: Plyometrics and agility, outdoor activities, sports science and injury prevention talk.
*DAY CAMP ONLY. No housing, transportation, nor meals will be provided by Keely’s Camp.
