Keely’s Camp will contact you! Within one week you’ll receive an email from your Online Coach.

You and your Online Keely’s Camp Coach will work together to schedule your coaching sessions via Zoom.

4 Upload Recent Videos of your Skiing!

Once your first Zoom Session is scheduled you will receive a link to a Google Drive Folder to upload recent video of your skiing.

Please upload video 24-48 hours before your first online session!

How long are my online coaching sessions?

Each session is 45 minutes. Your Online Coach will build an individualized program specifically to target your needs and goals as an athlete .

Each Session will be recorded and uploaded to your Google Drive Online Coaching Folder along with recap notes and valuable resources. This will help you improve and review what you learned!

45 Minute Sessions Include

In depth video analysis (please upload your video 24-48 hours prior to your online coaching session)
Technical and tactical coaching
Race day mentality
Developing race day routines
Developing short and long term goals
Applicable drills and skills through visuals to help you improve so you can reach your potential!
Keely’s Camp Ski Journal is included in your Online Coaching Package. We will use our Journal during our Online Coaching Sessions.

ONLINE COACHING FAQS

How often do you suggest I do online sessions?

Your Online Coach will help you individualize your plan. It is recommended that you complete 1-2 sessions per month and no more than 2 sessions per week.

How long is it expected that I complete Online Coaching?

3 and 5 Session Coaching packages are valid for six months from your signup date.

10 Session Coaching package is valid for one year from your signup date.

What if I don’t have video of my skiing?

You can still do online coaching if you don’t have video of your skiing. Please email keely@keelyscamp.com and we can accommodate.

Keely’s Camp Coaches take high quality video at each camp. If you’ve been to a Keely’s Camp recently we can do in depth analysis on your video!

Does Online Coaching Include a Keely’s Camp Ski Journal?

Yes! We believe that ski journaling a powerful tool and each athlete who signs up for Online Coaching will receive a Keely’s Camp Journal in the mail. We do our best to ship journals promptly. We custom designed this ski journal specifically for Keely’s Campers.

Can I do Online Coaching Sessions during a Keely’s Camp?

We don’t recommend online coaching sessions during camp. We do recommend doing an online coaching session prior camp and after camp is over.

What if I need to change an Online Coaching Session?

We recognize that last minute changes do come up. Please do your best to communicate with your Online Coach by giving her no less than 48 hours in advance for any changes to your scheduled online coaching sessions. Online Coaches and Athletes both have to prepare for each session and early communication is appreciated. Thank you!

If parents have questions for the Online Coach how and when can they contact coach?

The 45 minute session is the time for your coach to focus their attention on your daughter. After each session parents will receive a recording of the session and recap notes in each athlete’s Google Drive Folder. Parents and coaches are an important part of the athlete’s support system. We will schedule dedicated times for the coach and parents to check in on Online Coaching progress.

3 Sessions
After the second session your online coach will schedule a 20 min phone conversation with athlete’s parents.

5 Sessions
After the second and fourth sessions your online coach will schedule a 20 min phone conversation with athlete’s parents.

10 Sessions
After the second, fifth, & eighth sessions your online coach will schedule a 20 min phone conversation with athlete’s parents.

Note: if parents would like to extend phone conversations further than what is outlined above please reach out to keely@keelyscamp.com for pricing for parent education sessions.

Can parents sit in on the Zoom Coaching Session?

The first forty minutes of each session are dedicated to coaching your daughter. If parents have questions, we ask that they wait to ask pertinent questions during the last five minutes of the session. All Zoom sessions are recorded for parent/athlete review. We encourage reviewing recorded Zoom sessions.

What if I have specific questions on equipment and race schedule?

Your local team coaches are an important resource for your ski racing career. Keely’s Camp is providing Online coaching to supplement this and give access to a female coach year round. During sessions if questions come up about equipment and race schedule planning, your Online Keely’s Camp Coach will direct you to your local coach for support.

Keely’s Camp believes that every girl deserves a female coach and this is one of the many benefits of our online coaching program.

What are the credentials of Keely’s Camp Online Coaches?

Keely’s Camp Coaches were not only elite level ski racers, but experienced coaches who are required to go through Safe Sport Training. If any topics come up that we feel are out of our scope of training parents will receive communication from the Keely’s Camp Coach.

If I do Online Coaching do I get priority to register for a Keely’s Ski Racing Camps?

Online Athletes will receive access to early bird registration for any ski racing camp of their choice. You will receive an email prior to registration opening with instructions on how to pre-register. *Access to pre-registration is only for the athlete participating in online coaching.

What is your refund policy for Online Coaching?

If you have not started yet we will issue a full refund minus a $50 service charge. No refunds once a session package has started.

Lindsay Davis

Ski Racing Coach / Backcountry Camp Guide / NCAA Champion / Online Coach

Bio

Lindsay was born in Bedford, Massachusetts. She ski raced competitively all through high school, which gave her opportunities to race and train internationally, exposing her to mountains all over the world. Her passion for skiing took her to Dartmouth College where she helped her team to win an NCAA title in 2007, while pursing a B.A. in Geology. After graduating college Lindsay has spent her time working as an alpine ski racing coach and working as a mountain guide and avalanche instructor. She currently lives Hailey, Idaho.

Keely Kelleher

Director of Keely’s Camp / World Cup Ski Racer / Ski Racing Coach / Online Coach

Bio

As a Big Sky, Montana native, Keely Kelleher, found her passion for the outdoors and skiing early as she started ski racing at five years old. Kelleher ski raced for twenty years, eight of which were on the U.S. Ski Team. Kelleher raced competitively on the World Cup speed circuit for four of those years, scoring regularly, and winning the 2010 National Super G Championship.

Post retirement from the U.S. Ski Team Keely earned her B.A. in Business Management at Westminster College in Utah. Her passion for skiing led her to a two-time win of the Big Mountain Skier X Rahlves Banzai Tour and being a featured athlete in the 2012 Warren Miller film’s Flow State and the 2013 film Ticket to Ride.

In 2011 Kelleher founded the first ski racing camp for girls in North America, Keely’s Ski Camp for Girls, based around the mission to coach, educate, inspire and empower young girls through skiing.

Outside of skiing you can find Keely enjoying the outdoors with her friends, family, and dog, in her kayak, on her mountain bike, kite surfing, and adventuring whenever she isn’t working!

Chelsea Marshall

U.S. Ski Team Alumna / Olympian / Ski Racing Coach / Online Coach

Bio

Chelsea was a member of the US ski team for nine years. She is one of four kids in a family that has a deep-rooted history in skiing. Two of her older brothers were also members of the National team. Chelsea competed on the World cup level for several years, earning a couple top ten results in DH. She was a member of the 2010 Olympic Team, representing her country in the SG event in Whistler, BC.

Chelsea has been coaching ski racing for nine years. Her coaching goals are to fuel a passion for skiing and educate the next generation of athletes in ski racing. When she’s not coaching she enjoys mountain biking, hiking, traveling and baking. She also has a passion for gardening.
