Mt. Hood Ski Racing Camp For Girls 2025 Recap

Even after 15 summers on Mt. Hood, the magic of camp is never lost on us here at KC

Year after year, what stands out most is the incredible community this camp brings together. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to our coaches, campers, parents, childcare helpers, camp chef, Mt. Hood staff, and the many others who make it all possible.

Some standout moments from this summer include:

  • Over 150 Campers from 29 different states and 2 countries
  • Welcoming longtime coach and camper alumna Maci St. Cyr as our head day camp coach
  • Integrating our new camp mascot Tanko The Triceratops (stay tuned for more info to come on this topic soon)
  • A full staff of returning world class coaches who warmly welcomed and mentored 4 brand new coaches and two coach interns
  • Hitting the Dechutes river with all overnight and day campers for afternoons of river stoke and fun
  • We were able to ski to the parking lot for all four sessions this year and general snow conditions were amazing!
  • SO MUCH team bonding and camaraderie among campers of all ages
  • Exceptional and productive training time spent working on technical and tactical focuses through a variety of creative drill courses

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who spent this summer with us on Mt. Hood, and we can’t wait to welcome you back at our fall camps!
