Our August blog post is all about staying strong in the off season!!

We were super excited to sit down with Keely’s Camp coach @sassy_haase to talk about her favorite things to do in the off season to prepare for ski season!

Marissa has been coaching for 15 years beginning for the Loon Race Team in NH, Division I @plymouth_state_skiing , @smsalpine and @killingtonmountainschool . Most recently Marissa was a strength and conditioning coach at SMS and KMS alongside Alpine coaching.
