Congratulations Annalise Keve: The 2024/5 Katie Hensien Ski Racing Sponsorship Winner!
We are thrilled to announce that Annalise Keve is this year’s Katie Hensien Sponsorship Recipient! Annalise is 
12 years old and from Waterville Valley, NH. Her grit, team oriented mindset, and excitement about all things ski racing wowed us in her application. Why did you want this sponsorship?
A: I believe I’m a good fit for this sponsorship because I work hard both on and off of the hill. For skiing, I take training very seriously, I participate in dry-land training and I take care of my equipment. I also stay fit by hiking, playing lacrosse, field hockey and tennis, swimming and surfing. I have maintained straight As every year at school even while taking an additional math class (Russian School of Math) on-line. When I travel for competitions and training, I proactively work with my teachers and coaches to plan my workload and keep up. I love being outdoors, especially in the mountains!
What are your favorite things to do when you’re not skiing?

A: My goals this season are to make Easterns this year and to learn Super G, which is new event for me. My goal for improving my skiing is to stay low to get the skis to bite down the hill as opposed to under the turn. Having fun with skiing is also a really important goal to me because as long as I am having fun with skiing I will continue to do it.
A: What I love about Keelys Camp is that I get to learn better skiing techniques from excellent coaches, make new friends, and see old friends who I have met at previous Keelys Camps. I am so excited to ski next summer!
