Colorado SL Camp DAY 5! ✨ The focus was on movem

Colorado SL Camp DAY 5! ✨ The focus was on movement and speed today! The athletes took advantage of the double session and hammered out a ton of runs. The girls were finding a new level of speed. Sadly tomorrow is the our day of this camp! This group truly has been a blast to work with. Their positive energy and passion for skiing racing is why we do this!

Colorado SL Camp DAY 4! ✨ Today our focus was on turn shape! We ended with a breath-work session with Coach Siri followed by video analysis and ski journaling with the coaches. The growth we are seeing at this camp is incredible! Keep it up girls!

Colorado SL Camp DAY 3! ✨ A beautiful & sunny day at Loveland today for more SL progression! The girls raced a dual and then got to continue working on their technique and tactics in a longer course. We are seeing tons of growth and excited for more over the next three days together!

Colorado SL Camp DAY 2! ✨ Today we kept it moving with an ankles & knees progression and added in some SL combinations! We are excited to see the athletes working hard, making progress and making friends, and cheering each other on! We completed the day with reviewing video and a ski journaling session.
