Rachel Nawrocki has taught me that you always want to be the friend who brings a whole pineapple on a backcountry skiing hut trip; her skiing snack game in general always leaves me in simultaneous jealousy and awe. Rachel is a registered dietitian and certified strength and conditioning specialist based in Bozeman, MT. She has 16 years of ski racing experience that culminating in an impressive stint on the Division One Ski Team at the University of New Hampshire.
