Katie Hensien Season Highlights (Hint- She CRUSHED)

For those of you who don’t know Katie, she is a Keely’s Camp alumna, coach, current U.S. Ski Team member, and all around rockstar. After a season ending knee injury last year, we were so happy to see her name on the start list again. Not only did she return from injury with ease, she had her fastest season yet- earning her best results in both Slalom and Giant Slalom and her first top ten World Cup result. A few of her season highlights include:

• An amazing comeback in Soelden, AUT (her return from a season ending knee injury) where she placed a career best 4th place in the GS⁠
• 10th place at the Alpine Skiing World Championships in the Team event⁠
• A career best 12th place Slalom result in Kranjska Gora, SVN
• Earning a spot to compete in the GS at the FIS Ski World Cup Finals
• 4th place in the GS at US Alpine Championships ⁠
• 2nd place in the SL at US Alpine Championships
• A full season of consistent top 30 finishes and excellent skiing⁠
• Raising her rankings in the World Cup standings to 22nd for GS, 41st for SL, and 53rd overall
• A humble, kind, positive, team oriented attitude ⁠⁠
